Job Description
- Plan and execute various online campaigns, activities, and promotions to drive sales for e-Commerce platforms
- Create and update website content, products, images, promotions and banners to ensure the website is kept up to date.
- Responding to enquiries from online customers
- Responsible for daily operations including processing and fulfilment of online sales orders (coordinate, packing, shipping, billing) and logistics-related matters
- Ensure stock availability and accuracy across platforms
- Identify opportunities and participate in the development of new initiatives or enhancements to maximize growth
- Other administrative duties and special tasks and projects as assigned
Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of proven experience in ecommerce management and customer service
- Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, content management systems, and digital marketing tools
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
