Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with engineering teams to set up and configure test equipment for both engineering and production environments.
- Oversee the maintenance and operation of test and backend equipment, including Bench, ATE, Handlers, Thermostream, ICOS, Laser Mark, and others.
- Conduct test program correlation and verification to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Prepare test hardware for remote testing, including loading test programs and performing sanity checks.
- Execute characterization and sample screening tasks as requested by internal teams.
Requirements:
- Diploma or higher qualification in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, IT, Biochemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Architecture.
- Experience with HTOL (High-Temperature Operating Life) support and ATE (Automated Test Equipment) testers is required; familiarity with 93K testers is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with various test equipment such as Handlers, Probers, Thermostream, and bench test setups.
- Prior experience in semiconductor production or engineering test facilities is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Must be available for a permanent day shift (7am to 7pm) with a rotating schedule
