Soon Yong Trading is looking for an ambitious, result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective network marketing strategies, recruiting, training, and supporting a network of independent Business Associates and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
The ideal candidate should possess with a passion for motivating and guiding a team to boost our brand’s presence and attract new clients/customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Identify, recruit, and onboard new Independent Business Associates to expand the network.
- Training & Development: Conduct training sessions to educate new Business Associates on the company's products, sales techniques, and marketing strategies.
- Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate the performance of distributors, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their sales goals.
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales and grow the distributor network.
- Sales Presentation: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential and existing Associates to enhance engagement and drive sales.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with Associates, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Sales Targets: Set and achieve sales targets for the team, regularly reviewing performance and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Compliance: Ensure all marketing and sales activities comply with company policies and legal regulations.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, activities and market trends for the management.
- Event Planning: Organize and oversee events such as training sessions, workshops, and recognition programs to motivate and engage Associates.
- Operational Goals: Set and achieve long and short-term operational goals to ensure sustainable growth.
- Flexible Availability: Be willing to engage and support partners during and after office hours as needed.
