We are seeking talented FF&E Designers to join us for hospitality projects (both urban & resort hotels). Candidates with experience in ID for high-end hospitality projects (hotels and resorts) are preferred.
Working as part of a collaborative design team, you will collaborate with the Interior Design team in creating concepts, putting together sample boards and presentations for clients. As part of the FF&E team, you will be sourcing suitable materials and fabrics for interior finishes, artwork, carpet, furniture and lightings.
We are currently open to interviewing candidates for Junior, Intermediate, and Senior positions.
Job Responsibilities:
· Sourcing, sampling and FF&E designs.
· Documenting FF&E design on a variety of project types.
· Producing presentation materials and in coordinating FF&E designs with vendors and other resources.
· Selection, coordination, and documentation of interior architectural finishes.
· Project record-keeping.
Job Requirements:
· Tertiary-level education required (interior design or related field).
· Minimum 1 year experience for Junior Designer, and 4 years and above for Intermediate and Senior Designer.
Experience is required in:
· Interior design presentation.
· Sourcing and documenting FF&E design.
· Selection & documentation of interior architectural finishes.
· Good with AutoCAD and Photoshop.
· Sketch-up and hand-sketching a plus, but not a must.
· Must be team-oriented, articulate, flexible, productive, able to work amicably with team members, Creative Director, and external vendors.
· Must be willing to learn, meet deadlines, and take initiative.
