Position: Full Time/Part Time Clinic Assistant
Main Responsibilities:
- Register patients, attend to phone calls, schedule appointments and follow ups.
- Prepare and dispense medications and consumables
- Payment collection
- General administrative duties in the clinic assigned by the clinic supervisor/manager
- Arranges logistics for prescribed tests
- Updating of medical billings/invoices
- Responsible for monthly stock taking of drugs and consumables
- Assist Doctor in providing treatment and medical examination
- Providing high quality patient care service experience
- Assists in maintaining the cleanliness and serviceability of the clinic
- Willing to work shifts (morning / afternoon / night shift) and weekends

Bukit Merah
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 9.00am to 12.30pm ; 2.30pm to 4.30pm ; 7.00pm to 8.30pm
- Saturday to Sunday : 9:00am to 12.30pm
Requirements:
- Singaporean/ PR
- Experience in healthcare setting would be an advantage. Otherwise training will be provided
- Able to speak English, Mandarin and Dialect.
- Computer-literate. Able to operate MS Word, Excel.
- Possess great ability to communicate and relate with other people
- Willing to learn and willing to receive constructive feedback
- Have the passion to help others
