Responsibilities
- Developing new business opportunities.
- Take a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for new business materials. to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships.
- Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs.
- Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements.
- Maintain existing business and strong customer relationship.
- Think critically when planning to assure project success.
- To hit sales target and secure new projects.
- To work closely with Interior Designers and Architects.
- Work closely with dealers to close the orders.
- Develop new business, new market development of an assigned business division in Regional.
- Attend preliminary sales and site meetings-to obtain drawings and design brief from the client.
Skills & Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of working experience preferably sales technique in a Retail fit-out/Commercial interior design firm.
- Experience in managing complex sales cycles with B2B selling processes to multinational companies.
- Knowledge in interior designing will be and added advantage.
- Possess good interpersonal, presentation skills and resourceful in seeking new projects/customers.
