about the job
You will handle full sets of books, including payments, reconciliations, fixed assets, journal entries, and financial reports in the cloud accounting system. Regular reconciliations of bank accounts and cryptocurrency wallets, along with processing and verifying cryptocurrency transactions, will be essential. You will implement internal controls to safeguard financial assets, assist in preparing financial statements and supporting documentation, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Additionally, you will support month-end and year-end closing processes, assist with audits, stay updated on accounting standards and cryptocurrency regulations, and improve efficiency through implementing accounting systems and streamlining workflows.
skills and experience required
You should ideally have a degree or equivalent in Finance and/or Accounting with at least 2 years of handson experience in full sets of accounts. You will prepare the full sets, this is not a reviewer role. There are 2 Accounts Executives in the team but they are doing mainly reconciliations. You are able to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment. 100% work in office, little OT (during month end closing), fun culture, good number of AL and good health insurance coverage (Specialists).
