Job Description:
- Compile the Project Quality documents as per approved MDR Index and contract requirements
- Update MDR status to Quality Manager
- Monitor the scanning of the MDR documents upon approval by the client
- Establish soft copy of the MDR and provide book marking for each section of the MDR as per client requirement
- Prepare transmittal and submit MDR to client
- Verify Sub-Contractor NDT quantity based on NDT summary
- QAQC Personnel Competency register update
- Perform other administrative function of the department as advised by Quality Manager/HOD
Job Requirement:
- Diploma in Science/Arts
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in document management of projects/Final document compilation
- Must be good in MS Office / Adobe acrobat
