Responsibilities
- Manage customer accounts assigned by Head of Export Sales.
- Identify new markets for exports and develop new business accounts.
- Coordinate with Head of Export Sales to determine an efficient business plan for achieving annual sales targets.
- Collaborate with rest of export team to ensure monthly and annual target is met by the department.
- Ensure customer accounts adhere to the Accounts Receivable policy set by the company.
- Update price quotations to customers when required.
- Travel overseas to meet customers as required.
- Take charge of special projects given by Head of Export Sales when required.
Prerequisites
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in FMCG or Retail Industry with a strong passion for regional sales.
- Diploma in Marketing, Business and Economics, other disciplines are welcomed to apply.
- Familiar with payment terms such as telegraphic transfer (T/T) and Letter of Credit (L/C).
- Good knowledge of shipping documents, Incoterms and Ocean freight process.
- Team worker, resourceful and open to exploring ways to better tap the international business.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized and good time-management abilities.
