Job Functions & Summary:
Responsible for executing all maintenance and repair works in the golf courses.
Job Roles & Responsibilities:
(1) Organize Course Staff schedules and assignment of duties.
(2) Monitor the growth of turf grass, trees, plants and shrubs.
(3) Assist in carrying out trails with different types of fertilizers or chemicals for weed and pest control.
(4) Supervise staff and contractors and ensure proper execution of works.
(5) Prepare daily reports on the work-in-progress and its performances.
(6) Educate staff on the proper work methods and usage of equipment and machinery while enforcing safety measures at all times.
(7) Propose and recommend in field decisions relating to job procedures, work standards, maintenance schedules and use of machinery.
(8) Report any faults or issue relating to machinery or equipment to the superiors.
(9) Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
