Business Development Manager (Asia Region)
You maintain good relationship to existing customers and execute the daily business, and develop new customers/business for a defined product portfolio. You understand market needs and help to address these demands with the coordinated key aspects of the existing product strategy.
The Role:
- Drive the implementation of our strategic approach and achieve sales targets
- Design-in to develop/create new business in the key segments as well as other applications with highest technical & quality requirements
- Project pipelines development and management
- Support and secure transfer business commercially and technically via HQ application engineering supports
- Coordinate sales and marketing activities internally in the Asia region and HQ to ensure global alignment
- Customer visits in all key regions and establish good relationships with C level stakeholders.
- Collaborate with AC and PDC to initiate/develop new solutions intersecting the market trend
Job Requirements:
- Possesses min Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Electronic Engineering
- Minimum 5 years sales and marketing experiences in electronic industry is a must
- Familiar with design-in/spec-in and buying processes in Medical, Industrial and Test & Measurement markets
- Proven track record of creating new business and growing sales
- Demonstrated skills in selling, key account management, collaboration, communication and influence
- Hands-on, highly self-motivated/self-initiated, team player and independent
