As a part of company, the accounts & admin assistant is responsible for all HQ office & outlets related accounts & administrative issues.
Job Duties :
Accounts
- Handling full set accounts for entity/entities
- Preparation and submission of daily cash flow reporting
- Ensure AR & AP accounts are updated timely
- Preparation of monthly SOA and chase for outstanding AR if needed
- Preparation of monthly Group stock report (Inventory report & Slow-Moving Stock report)
Administrative
- Answer of phone calls/ taking orders from customers or attending to customers inquiry
- Warehouse maintenance and ensure accuracy of inventory
- Liaising with forwarder for import clearance and coordinate export shipment to others subsidiaries offices
- Follow up on shipping status
- Preparation of shipping documents for import/export
- Ensure cleanliness of Singapore office
When needed
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as needed.
