Job Scope:
- Handle accounting transactions
- Perform vouching of invoices
- Perform price analyses
- Process invoices, credit memos and transactions
- Prepare monthly balance sheets
- Prepare reports for debtors and creditors
- Handle discrepancies in payments
- Provide support to other departments when needed
- Prepare monthly Intercompany and inventory reconciliations
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as required and/or assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum diploma in Accountancy or possess ACCA
- Minimum internship experience required
- Comfortable with working OT during month end closing
- Transactional experience
Key Details:
- Hybrid WFH working arrangement available
- Mon to Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm
- System used: SAP
- 1 Year Contract, renewable
- Up $4,500/month
