Key Responsibilities:
· Handles administrative tasks including scheduling, organizing, record-keeping and handling information flow to
ensure smooth running of project
· Handling the progress schedule of new/ongoing projects
· Liaise and coordinate with purchaser, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to coordinate the projects assigned
· Monitor project plans and schedules to ensure it runs smoothly
· Communicator between Production units & other Business units regarding projects update and information
· Handle sales inquiries and customer’s request for quotation
· Other duties as assigned by Reporting Officer
Job Requirements
· Ability to multi-task, independent, meticulous, good team player, willing to learn, possess initiative and reliable
· Good team player with initiatives and able to work under pressure and work overtime sometimes
· Ability in English written, orals and interpersonal communication skills
· Knowledge in Microsoft office application (eg: Words, Excel, Email)
· Training Provided (With or Without Experience)
