Position Overview:
- Legal and Compliance secondment
Location:
- Singapore (Asia coverage excluding China, Hong Kong, Taiwan)
Reports to:
- Asia Legal Director
Hybrid Workmode:
- Office presence possibly 2-3 times a week.
Availability: Immediate
Key Responsibilities:
Legal:
- Review all contracts including distributor agreements and master service agreements etc.
- Provide legal support and advice on various corporate matters.
Compliance:
- Engage with healthcare providers and government regulators, ensuring adherence to medical industry standards.
- Medical events, ensuring compliance with industry-specific requirements.
- Advertising and promotional materials
- Compliance reporting and due diligence for engaging health care providers.
- Ensure compliance with AML, anti-competition, and anti-trust laws.
- Manage Asia’s compliance issues
Candidate Requirements:
- 4-6 years PQE
- Pharmaceutical or medical device industry experience will be advantageous.
