JOB DESCRIPTION:
Procurement
- Oversee the procurement process, including sourcing (both locally and overseas), negotiating, and purchasing goods, equipment and services.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely procurement to meet demands.
- Collaborate with operations and marketing to understand procurement needs and specifications for effective sourcing
Logistics
- Manage and optimise the in-house delivery fleet and Third Party Logistics (includes operational planning, conduct labour planning and productivity monitoring)
- Coordinate all transport arrangements on ad-hoc requests
Retail Operations
- Monitor and assist day-to-day operations to ensure it runs smoothly and support the team when needed
- Developing and refining operational policies, ensuring consistency across all activities, and creating
- Actively contribute to the successful implementation of marketing campaigns compelling standard operating procedures (SOPs) that enhance productivity
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma/Degree in any discipline
- Min 2-3 years of relevant experience in procurement or logistics
- Strong comprehension and passion for omnichannel business
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Candidates who can start immediately or within short notice will be advantageous.
- Experience individuals may be considered for managerial positions
