The Job :
· As part of the Group investment committee, this position will develop and execute M&A strategies aligned with business objectives and growth targets
· To conduct visiting and lead finance, operation and legal due diligence to understand the target status
· To build transaction pipelines through engagement with bankers, private equity and other external parties
· To support deal structuring, negotiation and deal closure
Requirement :
· Bachelor degree preferably in a finance or related specialization
· More than 10 years’ experience of M&A or strategic investment role
· Strong numerical, financial and critical thinking skill
· Strong communication, presentation and project management skills
· Able to travel within short notice
