Project Ownership
- Jointly take responsibility for the project with the clinical lead, managing every phase from inception to completion.
- Work alongside internal and external stakeholders during the initial stages to assist with proposal development, contract management, and project initiation.
Project Management
- Apply robust project management techniques to ensure timely, targeted, and resource-efficient project delivery.
- Create and execute project plans, monitor progress, and proactively identify and mitigate risks within the framework agreements.
- Collaborate with other project managers in the hospital to coordinate execution and reporting.
- Efficiently prioritize and allocate resources to achieve project objectives.
Stakeholder Management
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communicate project updates, milestones, and potential challenges effectively to stakeholders.
Conflict Management
- Exhibit strong conflict resolution skills to address issues promptly and maintain a positive team dynamic.
- Navigate challenges tactfully, keeping the project objectives in focus.
Operations
- Manage day-to-day project operations, including vendor management and internal stakeholder communications.
- Produce regular reports to keep project stakeholders informed.
- Establish and implement onboarding processes and strategies.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- A minimum of 5 years of working experience in a Healthcare, Biomedical, Pharmaceutical environment
- Resourceful and adaptable with strong-problem solving skills
- Excellent computer skills (M365 – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, communication platforms)
- Possess a high level of attention to details
- Ability to work independently and assume additional responsibilities, as required
- Exhibit professionalism by demonstrating personal accountability, effective work habits, empathy and teamwork
- Highly organized individual with the ability to exercise good judgement in diverse situations and
balance multiple priorities, without sacrificing quality and meet tight deadlines
