Job Description (This is a full time job in the office.)
- Follow the established policies and procedures in the daily work
- Day to day reconciliation
- Matching of purchase requests, purchase order (PO), delivery orders (DO) and invoices for payment processing and arrange payment to suppliers
- AR, AP
- Prepare Quarterly GST returns
- Ad hoc duties as assigned by Management
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Knowledge of XERO accounting software is an advantage
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures
- Diploma in Accountancy or any other equivalent qualifications
- Preferably minimum 1 year of relevant working experience, fresh graduate may also apply
- Able to work independently to meet deadlines
- Positive attitude, highly motivated and with an attention for detail
Able to work in office from Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm
