Job Description
● Support and work with the CEO of BitGo Singapore on overall Singapore and APAC regional strategic and financial planning
● Support and work with legal/compliance officers on regulatory operations
● Manage and execute corporate financial operations, including investment analysis and investor relations
● Support and manage special projects overseen by CEO; serve as swiss army knife for solving complex problems and build scalable processes, including building and managing complex financial models
● Collaborate closely with client success, technical support, engineering, sales, compliance, and legal to build cross functional relationships and effectively communicate with all stakeholders
● Act as a trusted advisor to company leadership, providing insights and analysis on company operations, key management decisions and other areas
Job Requirements
● 4+ years of experience in investment banking and/or a financial institutions finance/business operations, or key operational role including financial and strategic planning role at a high growth tech company
● About 1 year of working in the crypto industry
● 2+ years of international work experience
● Strong analytical, and problem solving and interpersonal skills
● Excellent writing and communications skills (written and verbal); fluency in multiple languages preferred
● Collaborative, proactive communicator and creative problem solver
● Comfort working in a high growth, constantly changing environment
● Verifiable experience and familiarity with digital assets and fintech business management
● Ability to work independently and take ownership of personal, team and operational objectives
● Ability to plan and prioritize workload; ability to multitask and meet deadlines with quality product
● Expertise in Microsoft and Google Suite products including but not limited to Excel, Sheets, PowerPoint, and Slides
BA / BS or equivalent degree from reputable university in Finance or Accounting
