We are looking for a Part-Time Front of House to join the Marsden Team!

Job Responsibilities:
- Attend to new enquiries, providing courteous and effective communication via phone, e-mail, and in-person. (This includes, pre-determining their level based on one’s swimming experience and offer possible time options to trial)
- Answer all other incoming email and phone enquiries. ( Enquiries on booking makeups, changing day and time of class, billing)
- Followup with trials after class in person or via email. Passionate about making the sale.
- Able to work independently and within a team, with a high level of motivation and initiative. Good with Children
We are looking for someone who is:
- Cheerful, motivated and customer-service oriented.
- Has good written and communication skills.
- Able to commit to working Saturdays 8am-6pm ($15 per hr)
- Prior experience with CRM software is a plus
- Prior experience in the customer-service line would be an added advantage
- Work located at 102 Jalan Jurong Kechil
