ISDA Negotiator – Investment Bank, 4+PQE
In view of expansion, this international bank is actively recruiting an ISDA Negotiator or Lawyer to provide support on all ISDA/GMRA Master documentation. This business-facing role will suit a meticulous lawyer who can communicate effectively with internal stakeholders on key derivatives terms. You will be part of a cohesive legal team and will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating master agreements to support its global markets business.
The Person:
You should have a recognized degree in Law and a minimum of 4years of experience in ISDA negotiations within an investment bank. The role requires the ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment and to work both independently and collaboratively within a cohesive team.
