Senior Maintenance Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the maintenance team, providing guidance, mentorship, and ensuring a collaborative and productive work environment.

2. Develop and implement maintenance strategies, plans, and preventive maintenance schedules to maximize equipment uptime and reliability.

3. Monitor and analyze equipment performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

4. Oversee troubleshooting and repairs of mechanical, electrical, and other equipment malfunctions, minimizing downtime and operational disruptions.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize maintenance processes, ensure safety compliance, and enhance overall operational efficiency.

6. Manage inventory of spare parts and materials, ensuring availability for timely repairs and replacements.

7. Prepare and present regular maintenance reports to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommended improvements.

 

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Electric/ Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

2. Minimum 5 years of proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in manufacturing industry.

3. Strong technical knowledge of air handling unit (AHU) and hands-on experience in maintenance practices.

4. Preferred excellent leadership, team management skills. planning and admin works(Microsoft word, excel& power point).

5. Analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose complex issues and implement effective solutions.
