Call Consultant

Prime Immigration Consultancy Pte. Ltd.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Call Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving customer inquiries and issues efficiently. This role involves working closely with the Sales Consultant to understand client needs, providing information about our products and services, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and effectively.
  • Document and update customer information in the database.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.
  • Work closely with Sales Consultants to understand client needs and provide support in converting leads into clients.
  • Schedule appointments and follow-ups for Sales Consultants.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures during all customer interactions.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve knowledge and performance.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals.
  • Keeping updated on latest immigration knowledge.
  • Any other adhoc duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • GCE O Levels or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and call center software.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a sales or telemarketing role.
  • Candidates with prior experience within immigration industry is preferred
  • Familiarity with the products and services offered by our company.
