An Accounts Executive in an outsourced firm manages financial transactions, maintains accurate financial records, prepares financial statements, and ensures compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Responsibilities include processing invoices, payments, and receipts; reconciling bank statements; managing accounts payable and receivable; and maintaining general ledger accounts. The role involves preparing financial statements and reports, assisting in tax returns, and staying informed about changes in tax laws. The Accounts Executive communicates with clients to gather financial information, addresses inquiries, assists with budgeting, and supports audits and reviews. Additionally, they collaborate with senior accountants, use accounting software, identify process improvements, participate in professional development, and contribute to a positive team environment.
skills and experience required
You should ideally have a diploma or equivalent in Finance and/or Accounting. Fresh grads and junior Finance officers with limited Accounting knowledge with a positive mindset and good attitude are welcome to apply! 100% work in office, but the working arrangement is flexible once you pass probation.
