We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team in the Specialist Outpatient Clinic Operations role. In this pivotal role, you will provide overall operational management, direction, and leadership for our Specialist Outpatient Clinics, supporting the hospital’s operational readiness, activation, and transition (ORAT) plan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide overall operational management and leadership for Specialist Outpatient Clinics.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop operational models and workflows aligned with the hospital’s service and care model.
- Co-develop workflow simulations based on various scenarios to test new models virtually and with physical prototypes in the Healthcare Living Lab.
- Plan resource requirements for nesting, hospital pre-operations, and ramp-up phases.
- Manage manpower planning, staff recruitment, and training prior to the hospital’s opening.
- Oversee all operational, manpower, and administrative matters under the purview of Specialist Outpatient Clinics post-opening.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in a managerial capacity managing hospital operations in an acute hospital outpatient clinic setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage various stakeholders in a fluid environment and a growing organisation with multi-generational staff.
- Team player, highly motivated, and action-oriented with excellent planning, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt to change, and manage challenges.
