Opening Job Opportunity:
As the HR/Admin Executive (Senior / Non-Senior), you will be an HR Generalist, including payroll responsibilities. You will play a crucial role in managing various aspects of Human Resources.
What You Will Do
- Manage the recruitment process, new staff orientation & performance appraisal
- Administer employee payroll, records and etc
- Manage Work Pass application, renewal, cancellation, and levy waiver request
- Administer staff training including grant application
- Assist in the review and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Handle ISO documentation and ensure compliance
What You Must Have
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years related working experience
- Good in Microsoft Office application
