QA Manager/QA Engineer/QA Executive/QA Technician
Job Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance
· Receiving report of incoming materials
· Control and maintain all the equipment used in the QA Department.
· Support Production Department on the process & quality issue.
· Analyze for any non-conformance arises pertaining to quality issue together with production personnel and study / evaluate the matter to prevent recurrence.
· Review and record on non-conforming products and verify corrective actions taken.
· Investigate customer complaints & raise 8D for non-conformance issue & follow up action.
· Perform Incoming, In-process and Outgoing inspection and maintain relevant records.
· Establishment of Quality Plans which are adequate to meet customer requirements.
· Analyze data to manage and monitor the continuous quality improvement plans.
ISO & Audit
· To be involved in the audit team.
· To establish & implement a quality & environment system in the company.
· To plan & prepare for customer or 3rd party audit & it’s follow up action.
· To carry out supplier audit with Purchasing Department
Training
· Identify training needs for the department.
· To train & cross train respectively QA personnel.
Reports & Others
· Identify & manage risk in the department.
· Working with other departments to establish quality requirement of raw material with suppliers.
· To generate & analyze timely reports
· And to study and review other relevant new methods, reports that improve product quality & stability for existing and/or new products.
· To undertake any other tasks and jobs as may be assigned by the management from time to time.
Authority:
· Stop production if any defects is detected.
· To stop use of instrument if out of calibration.
· Hold dispatch until all inspection have been carried out.
· To approve and release the finished good for delivery.
· To approve and release the official quality reports.
· To verify all PR for QA for use.
· Authorize all PR for purchase, subject to authority matrix
· Update any QA SOP after CAR or resulting NC issue.
Job Requirements:
· Degree in Chemistry, or Material Science preferred
· 3-5 years’ experience in similar capacity.
· Good leadership & communication skill.
· Knowledge of QC tools, concepts & methodologies will be advantages.
· Attention to detail & demonstrate good analytical skills for problem solving & analysis.
· Knowledge of ISO 9001 QMS and ISO 14001 EMS is essential but not compulsory.
