A leading digital transformation/IT solutions provider MNC is growing rapidly and they are looking for a few headcounts who specialise in Maximo, ranging from Functional, Technical consultants to Project Managers.
What You Will Be Doing
- Lead Maximo implementation projects, including requirements gathering, configuration, and testing
- Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and develop tailored solutions
- Configure and customize Maximo applications, including Asset Management, Work Management, and Supply Chain Management
- Develop and deliver training programs for clients
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Stay up-to-date with new releases, features, and best practices
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- At least 8-12 years of experience with IBM Maximo, including implementation, configuration, and optimization
- In-depth knowledge of Maximo applications, including Asset Management, Work Management, and Supply Chain Management
- Excellent consulting and project management skills
- Strong understanding of asset management principles and industry best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects
- Rail experience is highly preferred
