Job Responsibilities:
- Perform full set of accounts – AP,AR,GL, bank reconciliation and month-end closing.
- Handle Tax and GST submission.
- Ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance with accepted accounting principles.
- Processing of payments through e-banking system.
- Liaison with Auditor for year-end auditing.
- Prepare claim government paid.
- Prepare budget and forecast cash flow.
- Participate in ad hoc activities and projects.
Job Requirements:
- Possess Diploma Certificate in Accountancy or higher/ LCCI/ ACCA.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in performing full set of accounts.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications, especially Excel
- Familiar with Accounting Software like Auto Count / ABSS is an added advantage. Prefer candidate who is adaptable to learn new systems.
- Participate in ad hoc activities and projects.
- Strong self-starter, pro-active and a team player.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Independent with excellent leadership.
- Organized and meticulous.
- Nearby to MRT Station. 8am to 5pm (Mon to Fri) + 8am to 12pm (alternate Sat)
