Job Description:
- Responsible for company’s in-house accounting related work
- Record receipts and payment in accounting software
- Preparation of month end payment and online banking transaction
- Assist in month end closing and preparation of management report
- Organize and prepare for AR collection meeting
- Prepare GST quarterly submission
- Managing petty cash transactions
- Prepare monthly sales report and compare sales variance
- Update cashflow report daily
- Proper documentation and filing systems
- Errands to bank / post office etc.
- Collaborative effort with Corporate team members to assist in office administrative work such as answering phone call, attending to guests, etc.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting or ISCA/CPA/other equivalent professional qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in handling partial set of accounts
- A team player who has a can-do attitude with strong initiative and credibility
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to details and customer-service oriented
