Accounts Executive (In-House)

Aoyama Sogo Company Secretarial Services Pte. Ltd.

Job Description:

  • Responsible for company’s in-house accounting related work
  • Record receipts and payment in accounting software
  • Preparation of month end payment and online banking transaction
  • Assist in month end closing and preparation of management report
  • Organize and prepare for AR collection meeting
  • Prepare GST quarterly submission
  • Managing petty cash transactions
  • Prepare monthly sales report and compare sales variance
  • Update cashflow report daily
  • Proper documentation and filing systems
  • Errands to bank / post office etc.
  • Collaborative effort with Corporate team members to assist in office administrative work such as answering phone call, attending to guests, etc.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting or ISCA/CPA/other equivalent professional qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in handling partial set of accounts
  • A team player who has a can-do attitude with strong initiative and credibility
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to details and customer-service oriented
