The Processing Officer will perform and ensure timely and accurate set-up/maintenance of customers' profiles in e-banking platforms.
Job Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain profiles of customers in various e-banking systems in accordance to the forms submitted.
- Perform tagging of users as authorizers/administrators in system when required.
- Handle enquiries and follow up.
- Update tracking spreadsheets.
- Perform live verification of systems.
- To ensure that cut off time and SLA's of various products are met.
- To ensure 100% accuracy and quality in tasks performed.
- Ensure handling of enquiries and updating of statuses of cases are timely and accurate.
- Any other duties assigned in the course of work or rotation of duties.
Job Requirements
- Degree in any field with 1-2 years of experience in a banking environment.
- Good communication skills
- Able to work independently, fast and accurate.
- Basic knowledge of PC and internet security.
- With Microsoft Word, Access & Excel skills.
