Job Title: Facultative & Treaty Claims Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all stages of facultative and treaty reinsurance claims, from intake to settlement
- Conduct investigations and assess coverage according to policy terms
- Negotiate settlements to resolve claims promptly and fairly
- Maintain accurate claim records and prepare necessary reports
- Implement quality assurance processes and stay updated on regulatory changes
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of reinsurance claims management experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role
- Proficiency with claim processing systems, software, and Microsoft Office
- Good analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
