- Prepares 2D & 3D presentations and design drawings
- Prepares and modifies schematic and production drawings
- Ensure compliance with construction drawings, project specifications, client's needs, and authorities' codes and standards as well as develop solutions to technical & design problem
- Compliance with safety regulations and industry standard
- Attending design and construction meetings, to participate in Client liaison, authority consultation, liaise with Consultants and Subcontractors
- Proficient in designing Software (AutoCAD etc.)
- Knowledge of construction and contractual procedures, familiar with design specifications and construction drawings
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned
- Minimum 5 years of related working experience in a similar role
- Possess a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or equivalent
