- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and able to work independently, but also collaborate as an effective team member in shared knowledge and best practices
Job Description
- Develop marketing plans to acquire new broadband customers, monetize existing ones, and increase ARPU, including supporting new product launches and maintaining current services.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, optimizing for time and cost efficiency.
- Monitor and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with sales channels to meet acquisition targets.
- Report and analyze key metrics and product performance, ensuring data accuracy with internal departments.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive experience.
