Job Description & Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Registration for Coretrade Courses: Efficiently handle the registration process for Coretrade courses, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all documentation.
  2. Enquiry Management: Respond to inquiries promptly and professionally via phone and email, providing clear and accurate information to clients and stakeholders.
  3. Online CET Class Administration: Serve as the administrator for online Continuous Education and Training (CET) classes, managing registrations, access, and technical support as needed.
  4. Invoicing and Fee Collection: Generate invoices for course fees, monitor payments, and follow up on outstanding balances to ensure timely collection.
  5. General Administration: Assist with general administrative tasks as required, including filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
  6. Ad-hoc Duties: Support various ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to contribute to team objectives.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum of 1-year of administrative experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • GCE 'O' Level qualification or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for data management and reporting.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, able to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
