The Opportunity
- Well Known government company specialising in R&D
- Duration: 6 Months
- Salary Range: $2,500 to $3,000
- Location: Central (one-north)
- Working hours: 5 days per week, 9am-6pm
Job Scope
- Assist to check and verify reports and other supporting documents
- Data entry, extraction, cleaning and compilation of statistics
- Providing administrative and logistical support such as scheduling of meetings, collation of materials, venue setup, booking of venue, managing records and related documentation
- Setting up of new PowerBI dashboards where needed
- Housekeeping and archiving of documentation pertaining to grants
- Other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned
Requirements
- Min Diploma in Any Field
- At least 1 year Experience in relevant field (Admin)
- Proficient in MS Office suite applications and general IT applications
- Good Written and Oral communication
