Responsibilities
· Plan, execute and manage site architectural works
· Manage work teams, subcontractors, suppliers and client
· Cost controls, achieve timelines and schedules
· Achieve work quality and safety requirements
Pre-Requisites
· Degree/Diploma in Building/Civil Engineering or equivalent
· Relevant site experiences in LTA Rail Projects
· Responsible, good work ethics with strong drive to deliver results
· Class 3 driving licence
