Business Support and HR Admin

Responsibilities

  • Lead admin and customer service teams ,manage and improve the work flow to give strong support to sales department.
  • Assist in staff recruitment processes, such as job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
  • Maintaining office stationery, printed materials, equipment and facilities.
  • Assist accountant to prepare payment and data entry.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree or Relevant
  • Familiar with MS Office application, Word, Excel, and Chinese Word processing
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • A self-motivated, independent, and a good team player.
