Location: Central (Nearest MRT: Stevens / Novena)
Responsibilities
- Handling telephone calls and enquiries from public, parents, students and staff.
- Attend to day-to-day needs of students.
- Maintaining and updating of student’s records
- Provide ad-hoc printing needs for teachers on designated afternoons.
- Assist in following up with teachers in-charge on delivery requirements,
- General cleaning of the GO counter and reception area
- Maintain records of in-coming mails and arrange for distribution
- Assist in collation of School Bills for distribution to students
- Perform admin task e.g. filing, photocopy.
- Assist in contacting TICs on submission of supporting documents and endorsement for payment.
- Compile data/statistics & survey as and when required.
Requirements
- GCE 'O' Level Certificate or equivalent
- Proficient in the following software applications - Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Three (3) years of relevant experience in administration and counter service preferably in school environment
