Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with incorporation of companies and corporate changes matters;
- Support internal team for preparation of corporate secretarial related documents;
- Liaise with banks on corporate account opening and other operational issues;
- Coordinate with third parties to execute client requests and deliver solutions;
- Send reminders to clients for deadlines;
- Ensure firm’s service standards and compliance with all statutory filing requirements are met;
- Handle other administrative duties and tasks as assigned.
Requirement:
- Diploma or above, with a preference for candidates who have minimum 1 year of work experience in banks, law firms, or accounting firms;
- Ability to communicate with team members and clients effectively;
- Ability to multitask with a keen attention to details under pressure in a fast paced working environment;
- Singaporeans or Singapore PR only.
