Contract Duration: 12 Months
Working Hours: Monday – Thursday: 8.30am – 6pm, Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm
Basic Salary: Up to $6,250 per month
Responsibilities:
· Manage the Fixed Asset and system related matters such as role access etc.
· Prepare reports and returns to Management and Ministry.
· Review and implement policies and processes, including system enhancements, to improve the efficiency and controls of the accounting workflow.
· Liaise with internal and external auditor on audit matters.
· Ad hoc projects may be assigned from time to time
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or other relevant professional qualifications (e.g. ACCA)
· Possess 3 years of relevant experience in the public sector, preferably in Fixed Assets and Policies.
· Proficient in Workday is preferred.
· Immediate Starters are preferred (Not serving notice)
