Our Client
Our client is a well-known leader in the Fund Management Industry. They are currently looking for a Compliance Manager to be based in Singapore.
The Role
- Perform customer due diligence (CDD) in Singapore Officer and to oversee the due and effective
- Lead preparation of periodic compliance reports/reviews and filing of regulatory filings and reporting to satisfy regulator and firm management requirements
- Manage license applications/renewals for submission to regulatory bodies
- Handle information requests from regulatory bodies
- Review the corporate accounting report and financial returns reports to MAS, ensure financial compliance with MAS rules on an ongoing, regular basis
- Coordinate with deal team on KYC / AML related matters on prospective clients, partners and investors
- Assist with compliance and other regulated related matters with external compliance advisors under the supervision of Head of Finance & Senior Management
- Promote compliance awareness in the firm
To Qualify
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Law or
- equivalent.
