Job Scope:
1. Addressing clients' queries over the phone and via emails
2. Attending to walk-in clients
3. Providing administrative support to the QS team as needed
4. Any other duties assigned by the QS Manager
Working Arrangement:
Location: May be deployed to either locations to assist manpower needs (Dhoby Ghaut/Bukit Merah)

Bukit Merah
Mon – Thurs
8.00am to 5.30pm
Fri
8.00am to 5.00pm
OR
Dhoby Ghaut
Mon – Thurs
8.00am to 5.30pm
Fri
8.00am to 5.00pm
Sat
8.00am to 12.00pm (On roster)
Contract Duration: 3 Months (extendable subjected to performance)
Job Requirements:
1. Diploma in any discipline. Candidates without a diploma but with relevant work experience will also be considered. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to work with multiple IT systems
3. Organized with good time management skills
