Job Roles and Responsibilities:
As a dedicated part-time or full-time Preschool Educator, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and engaging learning environment for young children. Your responsibilities include:
- Curriculum Implementation:Deliver creative and developmentally appropriate lessons.
Plan activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional growth.
Foster a love for learning through hands-on experiences.
- Child Development:Observe and assess children's progress and developmental milestones.
Provide individualized support to cater to each child's needs.
Create an inclusive and respectful classroom atmosphere.
- Parent Communication:Maintain open lines of communication with parents and guardians.
Share updates on children's activities, progress, and areas of growth.
Collaborate with families to enhance children's learning journey.
- Classroom Management:Establish routines that promote a sense of security and structure.

Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment.
- Assessment and Documentation:Document children's learning experiences and achievements.

Qualifications and Experience:
- WSQ/Diploma/ Advanced Certificate Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Passion for fostering children's growth and development.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and pedagogy.
- Effective communication skills with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Patience, creativity, and adaptability in the classroom.
- Previous experience in a preschool setting is preferred.
