Position: Air Operation Officer
Salary: $2400
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 9 AM - 6 PM
- Saturday: 9 AM - 1 PM
- Sunday off
Responsibilities and Authorities:
Air Import Job Scope:
- Import Coordination: Await pre-alerts to either release or arrange delivery of shipments.
- Cargo Verification: Check cargo at the warehouse for any discrepancies and consult your team leader for instructions.
- Communication: Liaise with customers and overseas agents, and manage emails.
- Customs Declarations: Pre-declare Customs permits.
- Detail Submission: Submit shipment details through the CCN website system to Singapore Customs.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle billing and other operation-related emails for air imports.
