JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Plan, lead, execute and monitor the effectiveness on sales strategy for assigned areas and territories.
- Execute sales plan to support the rapid growth and expansion of Company.
- To drive the sales team to meet designated area or territory sales target.
- Managing stock level and movement in the stores. Control and minimize stock pilferage % at store level.
- Recruiting and managing the staff.
- Experience with managing multiple retail stores in a given territory based in Singapore.
- Well verse in retail SOP.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- GCE O Level.
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Sales – Retail/General or equivalent.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Aggressive and target driven.
- Excellent communication skill.
- Possess good people skills
