Responsibilities:
- Responsible for day-to-day management of trade operations including monitoring the progress of the issuance of shipping documents
- Identify compliance matter with Letter of Credit (LC) requirements
- Prepare sales and purchase contracts/ invoices
- Handling of Import and Export LC documentation
- LC preparation and negotiation
- Monitor and coordinate with suppliers & buyers on shipment
- Record and report shipment status
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- At least 3-4 years working experience in trading industries
- Knowledge and familiar with shipping documentation and L/C preparation and L/C negotiation
- Prior MNC working experience
