As an Executive Assistant (Rostering), you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Maintain intranet pages for clinic operations.
- Manage routine and ad-hoc duties for Committees.
- Assist the Clinic Executive to oversee smooth operations and provide necessary assistance to clinic services.
- Investigate into patients' complaints and handle complaints and query conduct.
- Schedule duty, leave rosters and deployment of staff in the Rostering.
- Planning for the staffs' roster, resource allocations and load balancing.
- Supervise subordinates to ensure high quality standards are maintained.
- Look into the workflow, work processes and staff communicates to ensure operational efficiency.
- Assist in the planning of the training programmes and activities for staff .
- Any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma in any professional qualifications.
