As an Assistant / Director – IT and Digital Innovation, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Oversee all IT systems and related activities, ensuring the organization effectively utilizes technology to advance its mission and objectives.
- Plan and manage the organization's digital infrastructure, databases, network, and applications to ensure secure, effective, and efficient operations.
- Implement cybersecurity measures to safeguard digital data, proactively addressing key risks and ensuring disaster recovery and business continuity.
- Manage budgets and seek funding to support digital initiatives.
- Develop and maintain IT policies, guidelines, feedback procedures, and relevant training sessions for internal users.
- Facilitate audits and monitor the movement of IT assets.
- Lead the implementation and management of various digital initiatives, considering strategic directions, integration platforms with partners, national initiatives, and users' requirements.
- Drive digital transformation and innovation, enhance digital literacy, and create new platforms, solutions, and capabilities to advance the mission and services.
- Ensure organization-wide compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) as the Data Protection Officer (DPO).
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Possess a min in Degree or equivalent
- At least 6 years of leadership experience in IT team
